Meet Noor Afshar

Noor Afshar is an Iranian-Swiss student at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. Through Dialogues & Diplomacy, she explores international affairs through conversations with leaders in diplomacy, journalism, law, academia, and public service.

The platform is rooted in curiosity, bridge-building, and the belief that meaningful dialogue can deepen understanding across borders.

“Dialogue is not the opposite of strength. It is the beginning of peace, strategy, and understanding.”
